Need pics of trucks with 6" and 8" lifts

Im gettin a newer powerstroke in the next month or so, lookin at 2000-2003 F250. I want to fit 37" BFGs for sure, but im not sure what looks better with the 37's, the 6" lift or the 8" lift. I would like pics of 4 door longbeds, and 4 door shortbeds if possible, thanks.

ur crazy haha jk i have 4" lift and 35's and its a pretty rough ride, i heard that over 4" is when the ride really starts to suffer but that might not be an issue with you.

dont know if there helpful pics but here http://www.pavementsucks.com/gallery...p?ride_id=4104

Theres pics in my gallery of 37s w/ leveling kit. The guy at the tire shop ran the same wheels and tires on his 04' 250 4-door w/ leveling kit and 350 blocks in the rear. ( way cheaper than a full lift ).

Benjitis-
Check my gallery, 6" Revtek w/37" BFG Mud terrains w/17" pro comp 1059's with 4.5 inches of back spacing no rub issues, only thing I did have to do was shim the front bumper 3/4" of an inch.Sure the suspension is stiffer than stock but hey these are 3/4 and one ton's were talkin about.

Thanks for the help. But i cant tell a height difference between Mtgrzlymans 8" and JMACCs 6", they look the same height, dont they?? Im torn, because ive heard some peoples 6" just wont fit the 37's, even with bumper shimming and fender trimming, while others like Rush350 can fit 37's with just a leveling kit, im confused as all hell!?!

just be safe and get the 8 inch you will like it and not have to worry about rubbing. it might depend on the lift also, i think some guys get more lift out of certain lifts. my 8 inch rides no different than the 6 inch. i did buy the billet front driveshaft spacer after installing the 8 inch and it worked great. that was the only change between 6 and 8.

Did you have to change anything else besides spacing the driveshaft, brake lines etc...?

no brake lines plenty long enough. i did how ever spend hours trying to get the rear driveshaft correct (shudder and vibrations) with spacers and different tapers on the rear blocks- finally i went with a custom set up from jessies highangle driveshafts and it fixed ALL the vibration and take off shudder.

On my 99 I have a 9" lift on 39" Mickey Thompsons. I haven't learned how to post pics but when I do I will be sure to post them. I have rancho shocks also which make my ride some what rough but all and all it is well worth it. It looks very mean and it bigger than most. I'm lovin it and would not go lower.

I might just have to go with the 8". It also leaves my options open for later if i want to run 38's after the 37's wear out. Thanks.
