03 X 4x4

I just bought this a month ago along with a 36/36 warranty.

My drivers sead moves back ever so slightly under acceleration.

when I take somewhat of a 160-180 degree turn or even turn into a parking space, I have had something almost feel like someone hit me from the passenger side in the rear. Something is wrong with the rear end. This has happened about 2-3 times since i bought it on the 7th of Dec.

Also, when i shift into reverse, sometimes it shifts hard in the rear end, not the transmission. Something wrong with the Differential? Could this be tied with the problem above?

Much input greatly needed. as i would like to be armed with info about what's going on when i go to the dealership to have them check it out and FIX FIX FIx without too much of a hassle or arguement.

Btw, the X has 60k miles on it.

Ford has put out a technical service bulletin on the seat issue. I believe the number is TSB 05-4-16. It involves installing a clip on the seat track. The TSB warns that the SRS must be powered down before attempting the repair, something to considered if you are going to do it yourself.
