Stero Install

Can anyone give me a hand? I am trying to install a new stero (CD player) in an 89 F-350. The original radio has two plugs in the back of it. Apparently one is for the speakers and the other has power / ground!?!?!? The plug which I think contains the power source(s) has the following 5 wires: red, orange w/black stripe, blue w/red stripe, yellow w/black stripe and green w/yellow stripe. The plug which I think contains speaker wires has the following 4 wires: black w/white stripe, white w/green stripe, black w/white stripe, and orange w/green stripe. Can someone identify each wire?
Thanks

Buy a METRA 70-1770 from ANY car stereo store,, just don't do any shopping at walmart, bestbuy, circuitcity, for a MEASLY $10.
Wires are the same colors that are on the NEW stereo.
Connect them color for color. ALMOST
the LF- and the PF- are reversed by furd in the truck harness.
double check using the bare leads on the 70-1770 harness before connecting using a used 9volt battery

Plug it into your truck.
Play music.
