chip problems

chip problems
i had the chip out a few times now and its getting really annoying. the hip will work fine, then i shut off the truck and go to restart it and the chip wont come up, i just have stock mode. ive cleaned the connects multiple times, making sure there is nothing preventing a good connection. can anyone provide some inpuit as to what to do next. thanks, riley.

If you know the contacts are good the problem is probably in the chip itsef or the switch. It is nt unheard of for a chip to fail completely, it has happened to me. Contact whomever sold you the chip and they should handle it without question. If they do not, consider a different vendor.
