trouble when towing
When on our way home from a trail ride, our 03 F-250 had a sort of intermittent power lag. It almost sounded as though the water separator was full, so I emptied it on the spot, but that was not the problem. It seemed to be making a different sound from the drivers side of the vehicle, but on inspection, I could find nothing out of the ordinary, visually, but the problem persisted all the way home. I test drove the truck without the trailer and there was no sign of the previous nights problem, however, I'm afraid to tow the horses out to the desert without knowing what was wrong, as it could happen again. It is currently at the dealer and they are checking for service bulletins. Any ideas?
