Oil Leak - Advice Needed

I bought a 03 250 PSD in 04 w/ 15K from a local dealer. The truck has performed great and I love it! I did have one problem though about a month after my purchase I had a oil leak that the dealer said was the seals on turbo oil pressure lines. Repaired it, lasted about 6 months and it came back, they replaced the whole line and it lasted until this week and I just saw that it is leaking in same place. The first two repairs were made while I was under the 36K warranty I now have 62K and was wondering if this is still covered under 100K warranty? Also, is there an improved seal or oil line that I can ask them to use?

This is my first post to this site but I have read often and love the huge amount of info. that can be found. Thanks

Yea that certainly should be covered under the 100K warranty - you'll just have to pay the $100 deductible.

Welcome to FTE by the way!!

Holy Molely, there are sure a lot of oil leaks out there today. I have heard that the 6.0's had a problem with oil leaks and expecially stealership repairs. 7.3's? What's up with this? What is the most common reason why a pedistal would start leaking? Better yet. What mod, that won't break the bank, can prevent this?
