various noises from front end

various noises from front end
Trying to figure out what is making racket in my front end. It's a 73 F100 with power steering and 79k original miles.
When I turn the wheel left or right I hear a popping noise coming from the front end. Also when I go over any place with a change in elevation, such as into my driveway off the street, I get the same noise.
All my bushings are there none look real bad, just a few cracking. I have been under the truck with a grease gun recently and hit all the points. Shocks are new as well.
Someone told me that I Beam trucks make this noise and to get used to it. I think it's more than that.
Any ideas? Thanks.
