Help with VIN#
Trying to figure out the info on my VIN. Really appricate any help.
On the VIN, what is DSO = 62
Color = BM
Body = C81
Trans = C
Ax = 08
F10YK803794, does the Y = 67 352?

DSO is your district code and 62 is Houston.
BM is the color CARIBBEAN TURQUOISE WITH WIMBLEDON WHITE TOP
C=MEDIUM GREEN CRUSH VINYL SEAT 81=CONVENTIONAL CAB
Trans C=3spd
08=3.50 ford rear end
Y=352 ENGINE
The K in your serial number means it was assembled in Kansas City

Lewis has the stuff. If your serial string is 803794 it was produced in January of 1966.
Only way it could be '67 is if the serial string happened to be B03794 (in which case it would be Mar '67)

Thanks, I really appricate the info. Looks like the old truck was keep pretty stock. I found the orginal seat covers under two layers today. Nice to know the rear end gears, was thinking about another transmission, like an automatic or manuel overdrive. I used up the better part of a tank full of gas on about 150 mile trip this past weekend.
