Wiper Delay Problem
I installed a delayed wiper switch and black box into my 86 F-350, both parts are used, but supposedly they work. My high and low setting work as normal. The delay setting will operate only like a low setting and will not change speed as I turn the **** further. Is there a way to test the switch or box? Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.

I checked it in the evening and now the black box makes a buzzing noise in the interval position. The wipers do not move in any position. I am wondering if the drop in temperature made the difference.
