Hi everyone and Happy New Years I haven't posted before just read most of them and got the information i needed but today i need some help
I have a 1994 Explorer and when i am driving at low speed (35 - 45) the truck dose shake alitte but when i am on the highway when i reach 60 the truck shakes like a mad man hit a bump and it wants to go all over the road. but if i bring it down below 60 (55) it shaks alittle or if i go over 60 shakes alittle but still wants to jump all oveer the place when i hit bumps
I had the tires checked for balances (first thing i thought) there all ok then i checked the front wheel bearings front right alittle losse checked to see if any frontend parts were broke or heavaly worn i couldn't tell
Any help would be great getting tired of shak ratteling and rolling

I guess this is a new car for you then. Many explanations for this problem. I found my 2 front shocks werre loose. That cleaned up about 75% of the shake but only after I changed all bushings in the car to polyurethane. Most common issue is radius arm bushings. Autozone has a lot of diagrams on the web site if you need a quick reference. My shocks were new too but just came loose over time. Pulled my transmission out last week and the mount was busted so maybe that's part of my vibration. Won't know till I get it back together.
