Windshiel Cowl problems

Windshiel Cowl problems
This plastic piece that sits beneath the windshield wiper blade arms keep popping out. I tried to snap it back into place but it doesnt want to stay down. Anyone else experience this? I would hate to take it to the dealer for something this small and it could take hours for them to fix! (they love to work slow and get paid)

Mine pops in and out sometimes as well. I was thinking about getting a small sheet metal screw and driving one through the cowl and just piercing the metal to hold them down. I wouldnt get a screw that too long or you coind end up piercing a wire someplace causing a short.................just a thought
