'05 rims?

The bolt pattern should be pretty much the same on all F150s right? I have an opportunity to get some nice factory rims from an 05 F150 cheap, and I just want to make sure they will fit.
Many thanks.

I'm pretty sure they won't. What year is your truck?

The 05's use 6 lug wheels don't they? Ford even changed the 5 lug spacing in 97, so anything after 97 won't work on the 96-older trucks.

Yes, the bolt pattern changed in 97 (along with everything else on the F-series practically!).

The good news is that Jeep CJ's and Dodge full size trucks have the same bolt pattern as our pre-97 trucks. You know those CJ boys love kickbutt offroad wheels, and the Dodge crowd loves big 20" custom wheels, so you can find the best of both worlds easily for our trucks.

80-96 - 5x5.5"
97-03 - 5x4.5"
05 - no idea, but definately not 5x5.5"!

97-03 is 5 on 135mm. The rangers and mustangs (and many jeeps) are 5 on 4.5". The 05 uses 6 on 135mm, so they definitely won't work on the 96-older trucks.

Hey thanks all. That really helps. My F150 is an 87, so I will keep my eyes open for appropriate rims.
