need part name

hi everyone
I am in Iraq, and i have a 1995 Explorer. there is part that i need to change and its not available here (iraq) so i need to order it from some where else, but the problem is the mech's here are calling it something that has nothing to its real name (the part name) so i am attaching a photo of that part hoping some one can tell me what it is called.

That is the "Idle Air Control" (IAC) valve. Controls idle during warm up.
