radiator hose adapter???
My bottom outlet on my water pump is a full 2" OD. I need to use a custom hose to find a path to the radiator outlet but I cannot find 2" flex hose or a flex hose with a 2" adapter. Any ideas on how I might do this. I have a similar problem on the new aluminum radiator outlet. The bottom outlet is pointing right at the power steering pulley (460 motor transplanted to an '82 jeep J10) . Are there any adapters that can be connected to the 1.5 outlet perhaps a 45 or 90 degree elbow that has a compression fitting on the aluminum outlet?

Can you bent like Gates green strip hose used on many semi-trucks I know it use to come in 2" it bends alittle stiff. Go to your local parts house like NAPA where most of the time the people there know when you explain what you need they have ideas of how to help.

You could make up some steel exhaust pipe type adapters even with sharp bends and then just use the appropriate sized hose to make the connections. An exhaust shop can stretch 1-1/2" pipe to 2" to make an stepped adapter.
