Check engine light
Hello everyone! I'm a newby here and of course needing answers. My truck will not pass inspection until the check engine light works. I bought a repair manual today removed the instrument cluster replaced the bulb put it all back together and the light still doesn't come on when I start up the engine. I made sure I put all the plugs back in good and every other light on there works. What else can I do. I also have the blackout on the odometer but I have found on here how to fix that but I'm not worried about it right now cuz it comes and goes. If I don't get this check engine light working my TAG is going to have to go to the state and a check for the fine of about $250. HELP ME!!!!!! Thanks Yall
