03 Explorer V6

I recently purchased a 2003 Explorer, 2wd, 4.0, 46K miles. I just noticed the power steering pump has a leak. Is this common and is it easy to repair. It looks like it is leaking by the hose that comes from the resevoir to the pump. Any other problems with this year I should look out for? Any suggestions would be helpful.
