Pulsing lights

2003 F-250 6.0L 4X4: Started it the other night and noticed that all lights seemed to be pulsing along with the idle. Dome/dash/headlights all seemed to be doing it. Dealer stated that all electrical checked out ok. Batteries/alternator/regulator all ok. Hard to see because it has to be dark outside to notice. Truck starts and drives fine. Someone stated that it might be the dimmer switch? Anyone ever experience this before? Thanks for the help.

You said the lights are pulsing with the idle. The idle should not be pulsing. If you have lots of electrical load, the lights will dim and brighten with the idle speed. If you give it some gas, it quits doing it?

You may have a problem with your throttle body. And good cleaning of the passages and air bypass valve may fix it.

The idle doesn't pulse, I just mean that the lights seem to pulse along with the idle. The idle is perfect, right at 600-650, no fluctuation. If you look at the lights it's hard to tell, but you can definitely see the change in brightness on the dash when it's dark. someone mentioned the headlight switch/dimmer, I'll have to see.
