The split-rim 16-inch 6-hole dual wheels on my 1963 F350 Ford will no longer balance. They have also deteriorated a lot. I am wondering if they can be replaced by new quality, or better yet: How could I replace them with 8-hole rims in order to upgrade to tubless tires?

I have a 68 F-350 that I put the wheels off a 99 F-350 on, I need to put a center hub collar on the hubs to center the newer wheels, they center on the hub, where as the older wheels center on the lug nuts.
