which size amp kit??
I'm installing a jl 300/4 amp into my 93 f-150 extended cab and will probally buy the jl wiring kit as it has everything included for one price. Will 4 gauge be heavy enought or would you reccomend 2 gauge.Bear with me, as I am learning as I go. Thanks

4 gauge is fine for that amp for a run of cable up to 20 feet. Put a 125-150 amp fuse as close to the battery as possible, and whatever fuse JLAudio recommends for the amp in your distribution block. This will keep you from burning up your vehicle and your amp.
