I think I have a fantastic answer to airport security concerns that not only takes care of the terrorist threat but also sends a message to the rest of the planet that says" don't mess with Americans - they're nuts!" Everyone I've mentioned it to thinks I'm crazy but I'm 97% serious about it. Give everyone over the age of oh... say thirteen... a tazzer as they board the plane. Not one that you have to be close to use but the kind that shoot the little barb thingys and then shocks you out of your socks. Can you imagine... some nut job tries anything and there's ten different fish hooks stuck in verious places making him dance the herky-jerky! You're bound to have a few misshaps but it wouldn't kill most people it and would make everyone think twice before even getting loud with the stewardess for a glass of water. whadda yall think?
I like it as long as I can tazzer the parents of any kids that are loud obnoxious, and out of control (yes I said the parents cause they are responsible for controlling thier kids)
Let's see...I get a little tipsy and I don't like how long it's taking for that "waitress in the sky" to get me my extra bag of pretzels: ZZZAP!! That will learn her to make me wait. Or that irresponsible parent of the "loud and obnoxious" child let's the brat play with one, and the little monster starts zapping the old lady across the aisle. She has a heart attack and dies before the plane can land, and her children sue the airline, TSA, Homeland Security and anyone else they can think of. Yup, great idea...
i like how the sign at the airport in jacksonville ill says "LEARN TO FLY HERE" and theres about 15 bullet holes in it , really makes me wanna fly there
sounds ok to do the taiser thing but i would be shooting people just becouse i could , the only down side to this idea is it may screw with the planes electricals and cuase the plane to go down
i say they put seat belts on that the pilot only can unfasten and make every seat a toilet so no one has to get up to take a duecer
lol
Well that's certainly a creative idea but don't think it's really necessary. I would venture a guess that at no time in the next 20 years, in THIS country anyway, will you see a terrorist succeed in taking over a plane. The only reason it worked the last time is because people on those planes were under the impression that if they complied with the terrorist's requests they'd be safe. Well as we all know that didn't go the way they planned. If someone ever tried it again there would be plenty passengers ready to fight to the death to stop them and I'd suspect you'd have a lot of pilots willing to put a plane into the ground before they turn over control. Terrorists know this. The real threat isn't knives or guns, because nobody could successfully take over a plan, it's bombs because the only means of attack that would be work is to start blowing planes up.
I foresee a chain reaction: I zap the guy that bumps into me without saying "excuse me", he drops his drink on top of woman who tries to zap me for zapping the other guy, I duck and it zaps some other guys girlfriend, so he starts zapping...before you know it it's just like a food fight you had in the cafeteria back when you are in school. Hmmm, that might be fun
