Wheel base
Any one ever notice their wheel base being different from side to side? My left front wheel is an inch father forward that the right. I noticed this after searching for the cause of a slight pull to the left after dropping the truck 3" all around. Everything is new in the front end and properly aligned. It also sits evenly all around (still a bit higher in the back).
It also seems to have a slight amount of bump steer (always to the left). It drives mucho better than before if I could just figure this pull out. If the wheel base should be equal I may move the radius arm support back on the left side.

Wheel base
Check the center bolt on your rear springs. If one has sheared off it will allow that side to shift (generally back) causing that side to have a longer wheel base and make the truck 'dog track', you see big straight trucks going all the time in this condition.

RC, Thanks for the thought. I did have a leaf removed from the back springs when I dropped everything. I looked at the "U" bolts and perches and it looks like a Yahoo tightened them down. Not evenly tightened at all. I'll loosen and retighten those guys. If the center bolt was broken wouldn't part of it fall out?

Wheel base on both sides should be the same, otherwise the truck would hold the rosd like glue one way and hanndle like hell the other. If the u-bolts were loose, there's a good chance that the center bolt got sheared off. The only way to be sure is to drop the u-bolts and raise the body/frame so that the spring pack comes clear of the perch. The center bolt goes through the spring pack and the head sets down in a hole in the perch and keeps the axle in line. If the head of center bolt sheared off, it would remain in the hole in the perch.
