Shotcake recipe
I want to make shortbread cookies but dont have the recipe. Anybody out there got one. I went to the bakery and bought a dozen, yuk. Not like mom used to make

There is a fail-proof shortbread recipe on the back of some product which I can't recall right now.
Until I find it, here are some others.
Make sure you use real butter though
