Dome light
My dome light in my 05 STX doesnt light up when I open/close the door. Anythimg I can do to fix it? Is there a switch that I simply can't see (probably right underneath my nose if there was one)

I dont have that switch. On the dome light itself, i have two switchs that turns on each of the two lights. No middle switch :-(Possibly sometng wrong with the wiring? I mean, I dont know too many cars without a dome light that turns on when you open the door...I dont think its a fuse since the two lights in the dome light fixture works...

yea.lol that was my last resort. I just had my Xmas dinner and I really dont feel like doing it right now. It must be a bad fuse. I mean the dome light doesnt work, Map light does so im guessing that is on a different fuse, and door ajar chime doesnt work. I guess ill be pulling them out left and right.

P.s. You know the plastic piece that holds the windshield wiper jets, its two pieces that meets flush in the middle, Do you know how to pop them back in? They seemed to have come off and its really annoying me

After checking every fuse, I did find a blown 20amp fuse. However, when I replaced the fuse, only the cigarette lighter worked. I check each and every fuse with a 12volt meter....Long story short, I didnt have a bulb in there for some reason. Problem solved
