Depending on the graphics layout/design, whether you want spinners/not and size they run up to $10-12K’s. But these are high end products, not sure what is the cheapest on market though (I would guess at least 4K+ to start with- CUSTOM MADE). Do some patter layout on your truck before cutting the wheels.

What are you looking for as far as custom? If is a total new design then it would be VERY expensive. If you are just looking for a custom off set or back space on an existing wheel then that is easy. I had a set of Intro wheels made for me, but all I wanted was a backspace deep enough to keep the tires inside the wheel well. They ran about $3200.00. I believe there are other companies that build them also. For mine you can look at introwheels.com There is a picture of my wheels in my gallery in the exterior section.
