Wheel Adapters ?
I doubt if you're going to find anything like this. In order to get that small of a bolt patterned wheel onto that large of a hub it would have to have an offset of something like 6 inches. You'd then run into problems of excess torque on wheel bearings, inside lugs, steering components, etc. I personally don't see how it would possibly be a safe setup.
