TB Question
Is there a difference in size or anything else of a stock TB that would be on a 302 or 351? I'm tryingm to determine if a used one from a 351 would work on my 302.

There are aftermarket throttle bodies available for the 302/351 in twin 56mm bores and twin 61mm bores but the larger of the two requires that the ports on the upper intake plenum be CNC matched to prevent turbulence issues inside the upper plenum. BBK produces these units. Truthfully, unless you are doing some serious modification to the rest of the engine the twin 56mm is more than sufficient for most bolt-on engine mods.
The OEM throttle bodies are the same across the smallblock V8 truck engines (302/351) so a swap from a 351 to a 302 in stock throttle bodies is a direct fit component.
