There is a 317ci (EAM - 1954) ford/lincoln y-block posted on e-mail. Pretty nice looking and you don't see these every day (heck, I've only seen pictures in my shop manual). Its in the LA area if anyone is interested. I'd buy in heartbeat, but the guy will not make shipping arrangements.
