2000 Expy DVD install?

2000 Expy DVD install?
Newby with 2000 Expy here with some questions:
1. I would like to remove the headliner, but I can't see how to remove the little side lights and the clothes hanger hooks. How are those removed? Any tricks, tips or articles I should read in order to remove the headliner?
2. I would like to install a 2004 OEM DVD player. I realize that it didn't come as an option that year, but I would like to see if I can fab up a bracket and install this myself. Anyone done anything like this care to provide tips?
