Bad Injector?

Bad Injector?
My f350 is spewing out tons of blue smoke...When I try to start it, the engine acts like its hydrolocked for a moment and there is fuel leaking out of the top of the #8 cylinder exhaust manifold. I havent run a test for trouble codes yet but I will as soon as it's light outside. Does this sound like the injector is stuck open and flooding the cylinder?
