cold idle??

cold idle??
first couple cold days here, i started my truck and it idled up to 1200 and the normal hisssssing sound from tailpipe. Now it starts ok but doesnt idle up when cold and no hissssssing sound.
also is light blue smoke normal when its cold? goes away after a few minutes. Has been starting fine at 0 and not plugged in.

that must be it........it is a six speed. and i have had the brake on but lately i havent...
yep just went out and tried that. yep it works fine.
Now to just solve the oil drip. Probably oil line or ped o-rings. How serious is this? Kinda wanting to wait till spring since it wont fit in my garage. Just got it. have no history. 201,000 miles.Runs well and i love it....wife hates the smell.
2000 f-350 crewcab longbed drw 7.3l
