10k and 18k mod
can someone please explain what these mods are, what they do to the truck, what do i need to do either one of them, and finally how do i go about doing them?
also, which one is better?

All they are is a resistor wired or looped in line with the ipr or icp, I can't remember which right now. What they do, is trick the computer into thinking the oil pressure in hpop is not high enough to drive the injectors, so it bumps up the oil pressure. In doing so it causes the injectors to spray a little more fuel. Thus making a little more power. When I dynoed my truck a while back, I did one run with my 10k off and one on. With it on, I made a consitent 7hp more all the way through the curve. They are a great starter mod. I'm sure someone on here will post a link on how to do it. But it's really easy, and cheap. Hope that helps.
