You buy the blocks from offroad parts dealers. I wouldnt recommend going higher than a 4" block. You will need longer Ubolts, possibly shims to get your pinion angle back to normal. If your truck already has blocks in the rear, dont stack them. Do not put blocks under front springs. You'll need longer shocks.

What year and model truck is this for?

Dont put blocks in the front. I called a spring shop last week because I have the same problem. Im going to have my front springs re-arched, and have a leaf added to each pack. They said they charge $140 to re arch both spring packs, and $45 per side to add a leaf. This will give me 3-4" of lift over how it sits now. It wont change the steering or driveline angle enough to worry about anything.
