Front Spring Bushing Noise
2000 F250 SD CC V10 4x4 48,000mi
My front spring bushings are making noise again. It started when the weather got cold. It is coming from the front (plastic) bushings.
I bought the truck in fall of 01 with 17,000 mi. When it got cold that year they made noise. I took it to the dealer who replaced them under warranty. They were quiet until now. My extended warranty is over in Sept/06. I am going to wait until then and get them replaced again. Is there anything I can do to keep them quiet after the warranty is gone?
The truck is only used on road so the suspension does not get worked to the extreme.
