Lets do a check in.

How is everyone? Anything new or interesting going on? Everyone have big plans for the holiday weekend?

Not too much here. It's going to be busy at work all week then get to spend some time with all the family on the weekend. I think it's supposed to warm up towards the end of the week so I guess that means no white christmas. That's it for me let's hear from everyone else.

nothing new, school and work. Going to play in the garage this weekend, with warmer weather I may actually get something done.

Home for the weekend, then back to the salvage yard... It got split in half today, sold off the main yard with all the imports, so will be interesting to see how this all goes... I know that the new owner would like to hire me, and the old owner would like to keep me, so this could be very intersting...

Hey Fellro:

Any chance you have a tailgate for a '99 F350 in your yard somewhere? I've had the toughest time finding a bloody gate for my truck and I don't want to spend the money (nearly $400 with a commercial discount) for a new one at the dealer. My truck is dark hunter green (looks kind-of teal in bright light) so I'll likely never find a match and it will need to be painted either way.

Thanks!

sorry, only haveolder stuff, no Ford trucks newer than 91, and no tail gates at all, Try car-part.com and see what you can find that way.

Been there and no luck (no cheaper than new at dealer anyway and not my paint color so no benefit to higher price).

Thanks though!
