ok, as i said in another post im pretty sure i blew my engine yesterday. now after looking around here i see this 302 swap talked about every where. that is sounding pretty nice. i'm thinking i buy a beater for the timebeing, while i get parts and info on the swap. i know people here have heard about it enough times to get sick but i really suck at digging around for stuff, surfing or whatever...can some of you get me links to some good how-to's and part list pages? i did a disc brake conversion on my 62 fairlane over the summer with the help of a guys page that did it before, very helpful. this is what i got: 1996 ranger 3.0 auto, extended cab. also if this swap is done, is it posable to get rid of the midshaft bearing? i hate that thing...
