Searchin for a D44
I was wondering if anyone knows where to find a D44 in the Atlanta area or even the state of georgia. I live about 45 minutes north of Atlanta in woodstock. I know yall are all from all over but if anyone lives around me i would appreciate your help. I am attempting to do an SAS and im having trouble finding an axle. Also, what parts should i pull when i do find one.

Straight Axle Swap -If you already have a TTB, this info is no good. But, if you have no axle and could settle for a TBB...
There was a late model TTB F-150 at www.pullapart.com (conley exit 53 off I-285s Moreland Ave.) when I was there a few weeks ago. Think it was row 43 or so. There was a 12 passenger church van near the end of the Ford row on the outside. Turn around and about 2-3 rows away facing you will be a two-tone Ford F-150. The axle was complete and with wheels when I was there. Don't know about now.
I did write it down since I was thinking about grabbing it for a Ranger. Did not have the money or portable grinder (for the rivets) set up yet so I tossed the info. I can assure you it was there since I was going to grab it myself.
