cd changer
hey all. ive got a old kenwood head unit, with cd changer controls. down at the pawn shop theres a 6 disk cd changer out of a chrysler. they appear to have the same plug, should they work together? thanks

highly doubt it. Though the pins look right typically they have different outputs. We found today that a Sony changer cord and the alpine looked similar. Tried the alpine changer on a sony head unit just to see and they wouldn't work. Alot of din cords are the same with units but all depends how they use the pins.
Now they do make a Chrysler radio to Kenwood changer adapter but have never seen one the other way.
