Just a quickie !

Has anyone ever noticed extra "air noise" after doing the kwik air filter change ?
Like I said, just a quickie and curious.
Also, did you cover the hole in the fender or leave it open ?
Thanks.

I don't know about 'air noise' but I really like to hear the increased Turbo noise!

I was able to leave the battery box intact and just remove the old filter box. The filter lays in the old air box area nicely and the original front air intake duct channels fresh air around the filter when running down the road. I did not see where there would be any great benefit from opening the fender well with the open filter arrangement.

Oh' yea! I love that noise. I believe it's what everyone was describing as a "whooooosh", and I wondered what they were talking about but I finally heard it and think it sounds cool. And I left all holes open when I installed kwick filter.
