Just wondering if they are any good? I want to get some for this truck because everyone says that I should. The only thing is I know nothing about them. I mean, I don't know what I'm looking at. I'm just an inexperienced novice that needs some help.
No telling who makes them ad their accuracy etc, no point in getting soemthing unless you know they are accurate etc. Call us Monday or look over our site, we have all the Auto Meter, Isspro and DiPricol gauges and mounts. These are well known manufacturers that will be accurate and work for your needs. What you need is a pyro, and boost and trans temp if you have an automatic tranny. We have mounts for the A pillar, or the overhead up next to the headliner etc.
I have no idea about whitney's gauges, I run auto meter ultralites and they work great. I am going to get a set of Isspro though, they have made gauges for heavy diesel equip for years their extreamly accurate and they look awesome.
If you ever want to sell those autometer gauges let me know, I would make an offer for them. Thanks Jeff

Quite honestly, PSU927, you are getting the gauges to help ensure that you aren't doing anything harmful to your truck. Don't risk blowing a $5,000 engine or $3,000 tranny just to save $100 on gauges. Get a good quality set. I just installed a set of Isspro gauges in my truck and really like the display. Between Isspro & Autometer, you really can't go wrong.
