YesI have 76 f250 with a 460 in it I was wondering if you guys could give me some cheap mods for it and so forth. also I was wondering I needed to like custom parts like headlight covers I seen them around town but don't know where to get them there like a plastic but are black like blackouts I guess please help thanks
You really didn't state an amount you want to spend but I'll give you a few ideas. There is nothing that makes the looks of a truck like wheels and tires.Go to the tire shop or look thru some catalogs to see what you like. The best thing to do if you're not sure what something will look like is to look thru the pictorial pages on this site.I have a '76 f100 and I wish I could find some headlight covers for it so if you do let me know. All I can find is for '78 and up.There are quite a few f250 that run around here that are really slick,it just depends on how much$$$$$$ you really want to spend.
[font color=red size=2]What type of mods are you refering to?
I put lighted running boards, cab clearence lights, tinted windows and bed rails on my '73. Each is an easy addition, and relatively cheap if you do it yourself.
If you want some headlight blackouts, ask the guy with this pickup:

I really wanted some (never got them) but he told me they were made by a local sign company (if I remember correctly). Drop him a line, I bet he could hook you up with some.
