A couple questions
next question, i wanted to get the 05 harley davidson grille for my 04, along with the headlights and the sort. What needs to be done to make these fit, and is there an easier/better solution to getting these newer looking parts on the truck. I can do any wiring, or mechanical work, it isnt a problem.
Also, are the leaf sprung frontends on these trucks known for going out of alignment specs? If so, whats the deal and what do I tell my dealer, as i let them do the alignments. It has had 2 in the 24,xxx miles that are on the truck and its out again, as well as the drivers front tire is cupping! The whole truck is ALL STOCK short of tinted windows!
Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

The '05 front end in an '04 question has been asked before, do a search using the "Search" function on the blue bar. I believe at one time there was a detailed writeup on how to do it complete with pictures.
How often do you rotate the tires? The diesel trucks are harder on front tires due to the extra weight and tire rotation is a little more critical. As far as how well they hold alignment, at least on my V10's, its been awesome. My last truck seen some serious off road action at the sand dunes including an accidental "Dukes of Hazzard" style jump in which the landing bent the front bumper, destroyed the power steering cooler, and dismounted the A/C condensor and a trip to the alignment shop when I got home revealed the alignment was still perfect.
