Dash Rattle, 98 EB

Help!! I have a dash rattle that is comming from the oval insert on the top of the dash in front of the passenger. It seems like the sensor(???) under the little vent (in line with the rear view mirror) is loose. How do I open up this panel to resecure this piece? Does this panel pop out?

Can anyone tell me where, on the internet, I can find drawings of the dash assembly (ie: service drawings)

You might want to invest in a rapair manual from either Hayes or Chilton. It has the drawrings you need. At 15 bucks its not too bad a deal. Just a thought.

The panel is held in place with 4 clips (If I recall, at the 8, 10, 2 and 4 o'clock positions). It is designed to be carefully pried up. Use a flat bladed screwdriver covered in masking tape to limit scratching of the dashboard.
