Will Flat Spots stay Flat???

I have a set of 4 tires on a vehicle that has not budged in over a year. They were fairly new when the truck bit the dust but I had no other use for them. Now I learn that they will fit on my girlfriend's Aerostar and she could use some new rubber. Will they be useless or will the flat spots work themselves out with driving?

What kind of tires are they? Radials shouldn't really flatspot, bias tend to flatspot pretty bad. As mentioned above the flatspot will disappear when the tires warm up. The colder the weather the longer this can take.
