Hmm, if it's the truck in your gallery you can polish those wheels up for cheap, get some aluminum bed rails, a brush guard (I paid around $170 shipped for mine, I can post info on it if you want), have the windows tinted, get some of the nice 'brushed chrome' colored 4x4 stickers for the bed.
Go on fleabay and look around, there is alot you can do and not have a lot of money invested.

I guess that it will ultimately depend on how fat and deep your pockets are. The other suggestions posted are really good. How about some CARR side steps for getting on up into that bad boy of yours? I couldn't tell if there was any decals or pintstripes on the sides of the truck - they can really sharpen up the looks for not a lot of money! What is the interior like - can you put a few pics up in your gallery? Some nice interior touches can also sharpen up the curbside appeal of a truck even if its just a bold headliner and some nice guages and such. How about upgrading the tunes?
