Help Remote start

Hello all!! I have Factory alarm in my truck with remote start my alarm work when i go to use auto-start it clicks to go and turn over the lites come on in truck on the cluster and parking lites come on but truck dont turn over.I step on break the lites go off like there supposed to and then i start truck manually starts no problem.I pressed the valet switch to reset alarm nothing.I live in NYC and was away in pennsylvina tring to fix this and in the process i locked keys in truck so you know what a mess that was,i had to slim jim the door to get in thank god some1 had one where i was,tghis is why i need to get this figured out so this wont happen to me anymore i like it warm in truck in the winter!!!!It is great when remote start worked

Sounds like the remote starter module died on you or one of the ignition wires coming from the module that gets spliced into your vehicles wiring harness has a bad connection. If you know th manufature of the remote starter module, check out thier website for the specific wiring diagram for your vehicle. You can also try going to http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/ and use thier diagram to help you troubleshoot this. Most remote starter modules get mounted inside the dash, near the steering column.
