Bottle Rockets

Have any of you heard of the bottle rockets as in like 2 litter bottles that you pump up with air and lanuch? well i am making some with my buddies and we need to find away to hodl the bottle down on the cork while we punp it up and then have it let go at once and let the bottle fly. i have seen somone use to nails and have it hold the lip of the cap of the bottle, http://vesuvius.jsc.nasa.gov/er/seh/...t_Launcher.pdf SCROLL TO BOTTON FOR PIC
but i was wondering if you have any simpler ideas.
