A panel truck was just that, a truck. It is based off the truck line, having all truck components, and having the same look as the trucks for the same year. Also, a panel truck usually has split rear doors, a left and a right.
A sedan delivery is basically like a 2 door sedan (Tudor in Ford speak) with blanked out rear side windows, has passenger car style dash, and bears a car like appearance in the sheetmetal. The sedan deliveries generally hve a single large door that swings open.
Hard to tell a price range with out seeing some pictures. If you can post some that would certainly help.

There were differnet ton ratings for the panel, there was a 1/2 ton and a 1.5 ton. The 1/2 ton is 112" and the 1.5 ton has a 131.5 inches in wheelbase. The 1/2 ton panel was available as a standard and a deluxe. The deluxe version of the 1/2 ton saw only 4,946 built, costing $15 more than the standard version. The deluxe 1/2 ton had dual horns, silver painted grille, color keyed wheels, chrome plated rear view mirror. If it's all clean, rust free, not needing much to make it look good again, somewhere about $5000-$7000 would be a good start.
