Heater hose hook up

I am putting a 460 into my truck in place of the 400. I am having trouble finding where the heater hoses hook. The engine has places on the water pump housing, intake manifold and on the side of the block. I am not sure which one should be used.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hot line into the heater core from the intake manifold ... line out should run to the water pump. Works best if the hot line feeds the bottom of the core but dosent make much differance.
