which gears

i have a 04 super duty , with 4 inch lift and 35's . it came with 3;73 gears. I am going to lift it with a 8 inch all spring and 37 x 14.50 x 16.5 tires. I was wondering what gearing i should change to or leave it with the 3;73's. little about the truck::::: 2004 f 250 5.4 v8 auto tranny stock other than the lift thanks any help would be great....

Try out the gear calculator in my signature, it may help you out on this.

With a 5.4 and 37's, I would go with 4.88's.
