We put ours up a week ago, and finally got around to decorating it last night. Amy is having a lot of fun with it, the bottom 1/3 has been redecoarted several times already.

Scrooge is at my place this year. No tree. Still unpacking the wifes stuff that is moving in. Still got more stuff to move here yet. Got the kitchen where we can see counters again and the diningroom starting to see the floor and some place on the table. In a day or so we maybe able to eat off the table instead of tv trays. I should have the table cleared by the time she comes home from the hospital I hope. Next year we will definitely get a tree up.
We did get some ornaments up and lights for christmas thou.

Sounds like a bummer for a Christmas with the surgery coming up. Hospitals are not the best place especially at this time of the year. Again all the best and hope all goes well.
